About Suzi Ovens

Suzi Ovens is a self taught photographer with a particular interest in portraits based in London, UK. Suzi communicates a story through a photograph, drawing in the viewer and piquing their interest. She capture the person from a perspective that the viewer wouldn't expect. To her, people are fascinating, the way they look, the way they behave and the way they move. The driving force behind her photography is to capture this on camera. Suzi recently became a Getty Contributor.

Suzi has recently been selected to participate in the BT Storytellers project in the run up to the 2012 London Summer Olympics.

She also undertook a project for the Young Photographers Alliance, under the mentorship of John Wright and Sharon O'Neil, photo editor at The Sunday Times Style.
